Data controller

What data we collect
We collect only the data you enter yourself into the contact form: full name, email address, optionally a phone number, and the content of your message. We do not collect any data you have not knowingly sent us.
Purpose and legal basis
We use your data solely to respond to your enquiry and, should it lead to one, to prepare an offer. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, or alternatively our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry. We do not use your data to send promotional messages without your consent, and we never sell it to anyone.
Recipients of data
To deliver messages from the form, we use the Resend service, which processes data as a data processor and may store it outside the European Economic Area, subject to appropriate safeguards. The site is hosted on Cloudflare's infrastructure. Beyond those listed, we do not share your data with any third party.
Retention period
We retain enquiries for at most 24 months from the last communication, after which they are deleted. If an enquiry leads to a contractual relationship, we retain the data for as long as accounting regulations require.
Cookies
We use only cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to function. For visit statistics we use measurement that sets no cookies and does not track individual visitors, so we do not show you a consent banner.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing. Send your request to [email protected] and we will respond within the period prescribed by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You may also lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).
